Outcome: Flooding in Honduras

UPDATE: January 15, 2008 - The families and children who evacuated their homes have returned to them. The rains have stopped and the flooding has receded.

Please give thanks to God for His protection and faithfulness.

January 7, 2008 - A cold front that brought strong winds and heavy rain to the area of El Progreso, Honduras, has flooded the homes of 17 families at CDI Generación de Bendición (HO-329). Although the families lost most of their belongings in the flood, everyone is safe.

Please pray for the continued health and safety of the families and staff of CDI Generación de Bendición and that the floodwater quickly recedes.

Compassion International will contact you if your sponsored child has been affected.
