Compassion-sponsored children have access to education, medical care, nutritious food and knowledge of the love of Jesus. They have been so blessed that many of them pray for their sponsors every day. Yet the children need prayer, too.

The following are prayer requests from the Bolivia Country Office about the children, families, church partners and staff in Bolivia:

• Pray for the children and families who have been affected by the recent heavy rains. Pray for comfort, healing and strength.
  • Pray for the child development centers that have also been affected. Pray for the safety and security of the staff.
• Pray for the abused children, the abandoned, the ones who live in extremely poor and desperate situations.
• Pray for the children's families, for the child development centers, and for our church partners, so God can encourage them in the work they do and give them strength to persevere.
• Pray for the health of children living in homes with no running water or adequate sanitation.
