Ukwizategeka lives with his father and his mother. His father is sometimes employed as a farmer and his mother is sometimes employed as a farmer. Ukwizategeka works at home carrying water, gathering firewood and running errands. There are 3 children in the family.

As part of Compassion's ministry, Ukwizategeka participates in church activities and choir. He is also in primary school where his performance is above average. Soccer and running are his favorite activities.
