Letters to and from your sponsored child will allow you to learn about each other’s lives as you offer support and encouragement. Also, you’ll be able to watch the child you sponsor grow through photos shared from their Compassion center.

By providing access to education, health care and basic necessities, child sponsorship acts as a catalyst for lasting change. Children sponsored through Compassion are surrounded by safe adults who know them individually, live in the love of Jesus and offer the specific support they need as they journey out of poverty.
Kojo is 13 years old and lives in Ghana with his mother and father. He loves art or drawing, bicycling, clapping hands to rhythm, dancing, hide and seek, jumping, jump rope, listening to stories, to play house, reading, saying words, singing, soccer or football, swimming, and toy cars. At the Compassion Center, he enjoys learning about God, singing songs, listening to Bible stories, playing sports, playing games, snack or meal time, doing arts and crafts, dancing or drama, participating in service activities, going on field trips or excursions, and spending time with friends. Kojo writes letters in English.
