One of Brad's unique gifts is to challenge students right where they are. He has a passion for pouring his heart into the lives of students. Brad has a gift for communicating the Gospel not only in front of students with a microphone, but also one on one around a pizza and coke. Brad's ministry consists of two driving passions. First and primary is to see the lost come to Christ. In addition, Brad has a heart for discipleship -- teaching students how to not just survive in their relationship with Christ, but how to excel. Brad Duncan is the lead guitarist, songwriter and founding member of Fusebox, a new rock praise and worship band on Inpop Records. Until December 2002 he was band director and lead guitarist for Grammy Award winner Rebecca St. James. Brad's heart, his humor, tied in with his musical ability and gifts as a worship leader, make him the perfect fit for camps, discipleship retreats, youth rallies, or youth services.

Josh Finklea's story is very simple. God took a screwed up kid and turned him into a man who is used by Him. Josh's life had a rough start when he was born deaf and his father left. Surgery later restored his hearing but Josh chose to listen to the world. As a result, Josh hit rock bottom at the age of 17 when he committed a felony offense. It was after this that Josh wept and prayed to an "unknown" God.

That night he heard the voice of God instead of the world. Josh found love and purpose through Jesus Christ and now takes that message to the world. He shares this message of love with thousands every year at conferences, festivals, schools and churches. In addition, Josh pastors a church and often finds himself walking the streets searching for people to minister to.

Josh and his wife, Krista, and four children, Clay, Mackenzie, Tate and Abbey live in Quincy, Illinois.

Al Menconi Ministries was founded in 1982 and since that time Al has been a popular speaker at schools, conventions, festivals and more. He has written numerous books and articles on the impact of culture and media on  spiritual life.

With over 13 years of youth ministry experience, Laurie currently teaches youth ministry at Azusa Pacific University. She is a speaker on the Youth Specialties National Resource Seminar team, and speaks widely to youth and youth workers across the country. Laurie's central message is to encourage people to open their hearts to a life-changing faith in a living God, a God who seeks to transform and use us as agents of His love. Her goal is to empower people to see what they can do, rather than make them feel guilty about what they can't do. Richmond Wandera grew up in extreme poverty in the Naguru slum near Kampala, Uganda. Richmond's father was murdered and he was left to help care for his six brothers and sisters. They spent most of their time on the streets. When he entered the Compassion-assisted child development center at his local church when he was 7, his life and his family changed completely. After completing his early education, he was accepted into Compassion's Leadership Development Program and was able to attend university. Richmond worked as a youth pastor at Nakawa Baptist Church.

Richmond is now pursuing his graduate studies at Moody Bible College. He was one of three students to receive the Wess Stafford scholarship. Upon completion of his degree from Moody, Richmond plans to return to Uganda better equipped to disciple young people. His desire is to train Ugandan pastors in God's Word and change his nation.

Dr. Matthew Rindge speaks at universities and churches on issues related to the Bible, ethics, and popular culture. He is an Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Gonzaga University (Spokane, WA), where he teaches courses on the Gospels, Bible and Ethics, and Religion and Film. In addition to teaching at Emory University, Candler School of Theology, Columbia Theological Seminary, and Azusa Pacific University, he has also taught courses on Leadership in Chile, Argentina, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. His writings have appeared in various publications (Prism, Sojourners, YouthWorker, Christianity and Theater, Feasting on the Word).

Efrem Smith is the Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also author of the book, Raising Up Young Heroes, as well as the host of the radio program, "Time For Reconciliation." He is married to Donecia and has two daughters, Jaeda and Mireya.

Michelle Sheba Tolentino grew up in the Philippines in an environment of extreme poverty and chaos. At age 6, she began attending a local church's child development center through Compassion International and began a childhood-long development process that changed the course of her life. Michelle completed a Communication Arts degree at the University of Santo Tomas through Compassion's Leadership Development Program and began pursuing her dream.

Today, Michelle is fulfilling her dream and telling the world that Jesus loves all the little children, just like her. From desperate poverty to powerful impact, Michelle is a testimony of the transforming power of God and of hope for children in poverty around the world.

César Antonio (Tony) Beltran Morales is the first graduate of the Dominican Republic's Leadership Development Program, graduating with a degree in computer engineering from Central East University (Universidad Central del Este). At the age of 7, he began attending a local church's child development center through Compassion International and began a childhood-long development process that changed the course of his life.

Tony is currently pursuing his graduate studies at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. He was one of three students to receive the Wess Stafford scholarship. With this degree he is planning to influence the teenagers of his country with the power of the gospel of Christ. He wants to let them know that there is hope in Jesus, and being under His control, they can fulfill anything they want. Like he usually says, "Poverty does not intimidate me anymore."
