Compassion Sunday is an annual campaign that links children in need with loving sponsors. Children like Christuraj, a Compassion-assisted child who lives in the slums of India. Christuraj's story is woven throughout Compassion Sunday 2009 as we encourage churches to step into the life of a child living in poverty.
The official Compassion Sunday 2009 date is April 26, but you can choose any date that works best for your church. We provide everything you need — free of charge — and will walk you through the process from start to finish.
