Leadership Development Program

There's nothing that can accomplish the Great Commission faster than committed, Christ-focused leaders serving nations in the developing world. By partnering with Compassion's Leadership Development Program (LDP), your church can raise up new, moral, Christ-led leaders who work diligently to change their countries for God. 

LDP students receive:

• a university education
• Christian leadership training, skills training
• help with textbooks, housing or other necessities
• mentoring and counseling from a Christian mentor to ensure success

Your church can:

• Sponsor LDP students.
• Give to the LDP fund to help expand the program.
• Help bring the Leadership Development Program to a new country.
• Have a LDP student share in your service.
