Burkina Faso is a beautiful country located in the heart of West Africa. Although this country is dazzling in it’s elephant and wildlife preserves, grand markets, and majestic waterfalls it is also a place where poverty has a hold on the people! The Church here is thriving, however, and we would like to introduce you to the staff, volunteers, and the pastors that make it all possible with the incredible partnership you, as sponsors, provide! We’ll see the development centers, we’ll be a part of service elements, we’ll hear the testimonies, we’ll hold of the hands of strangers and walk away changed!
Understanding the program, seeing other aspects of Compassion and learning the specific needs, goals and passions that the Church and staff have for their people will become contagious in your own heart. The relationship is key! Not only with your child but with the children and staff we encounter. All of those relationships will tie this trip together for you. You will walk away forever changed by the experience!
Be assured, your partnership is making a difference not only for the children we meet but especially for your very own sponsored child! During the course of the tour you will also have an entire day to play, hug, laugh with and continue building the life-long relationship you share together Please prayerfully consider joining us as we spend time in Burkina Faso with Compassion!
