Please continue to cry out to God on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Haiti, who have asked us to pray specifically for the children and families who lost homes and belongings to Hurricane Tomas, the healing of those ill with cholera, and the protection of the population still exposed to the cholera epidemic.

Pray for Peruvian child, Jairo Johan, 9, and his siblings who recently lost their mother. Pray for their peace, comfort and provision.

Praise God that things are beginning to return to normal for Compassion families affected by the eruption of Mount Merapi in Indonesia. Many have returned to their homes and their children are safe.

Pray that the children at Kaagapay Child Development Center in the Philippines can continue to participate in program activities. A local clergyman from another denomination is discouraging them from attending.
