Heavy rains hit the suburbs of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, on July 6, 2013.
Currently, the families of nine children from Saksida Child Development Center (BF-141) and two beneficiaries from Saksida Child Survival Program (BF-CS3) have been affected. The families’ homes have been damaged or destroyed, and some families are temporarily staying with family members. The Compassion center is using disaster relief funding to provide food and clothing for the impacted families.
Please pray for the families whose homes have been damaged. Please lift up all of our Compassion-assisted families in Burkina Faso in prayer.
Compassion Burkina Faso will keep us updated as more information is available.
