The eastern region of Ghana recently experienced heavy flooding.
Reuters News Agency reports that five people were killed, while 100,000 were displaced from their homes.
The community where Mankrong Methodist Child Development Center (GH-213) is located is near the areas of massive flooding.
At this time, no Compassion-assisted children have been affected. The center has also not been affected.
Please pray for Ghana during the rainy season. Please ask the Lord to continue to protect the children and their families and to keep them healthy.
Compassion Ghana will keep us updated as more information is available.
Compassion International will contact you if your sponsored child has been affected.
