Asambleas de Dios Esmeralda Student Center

This church has 80 members and their vision is to disciple and equip followers of Christ to transform their community. As a part of this vision, 281 children are hosted at their Compassion center where they study the Bible, hear the Gospel, and are prayed for and shown the love of Jesus through the center staff

  • Compassion-sponsored children are given regular dental and medical check-ups and benefit from the center’s nutrition program.
  •  Activities at Asambleas de Dios Esmeralda Student Center include: academic support, first aid courses, soccer and other sports games, special celebrations, and youth camps.
  • Preschool classes are available for non-school children and parents are encouraged to participate and engage in their children’s activities.
    Benefits of Compassion programs:
  • In an area with many broken families, the Gospel is shining a light of hope.
  • Children receive consistent educational help and they are infused with the truth that they are loved and have purpose.
