As a member of Compassion International's global Executive Leadership Team since 2008, Mike Hinckfoot currently serves as Vice President of Ministries for Compassion International. Mike is from Detroit, Michigan.
He joined Compassion's staff in 2002. His roles at Compassion have included ministry in the Sponsor Tours department and as the Director of the Leadership Development Program. Mike received his B.S. in civil engineering in 1983 from Michigan Technological University and his subsequent engineering license in 1985. He earned a B.A. in Christian education and his master's degree in the holistic development of families from Concordia University.
