My girlfriend and I have been sponsoring a young girl from El Salvador for close to a year now. Having the consistent letters from Jeimi has been such a blessing. Knowing that God uses our small gifts in such a powerful way for this "niece" of ours is wonderful. We see this as God planting a seed in us for continued ministry in whatever capacity in the future. But more importantly, God can use our abundance to reach the needs of another of His children. This past summer we went with our small group to Costa Rica and met many more rural youth like Jeimi. Through the outreach of Pura Vida missions in Heredia, Costa Rica, these young people are being reached through visiting teams and interning staff.
