Why did we create a new website?

There are several reasons why we believed it was appropriate and beneficial to create a new website. Some of these reasons include:

  • Our current website was built with software that was created in 2003. Due to the growth of our ministry it is critical that we update our system to meet the demands that this growth has resulted in.

  • We have continuously added content to the website to meet the needs of our sponsors and the needs of people interested in Compassion. Due to this growth in content, we found it beneficial to reorganize the site to make it more intuitive and useful for you to navigate.

  • The technology platform that has been used for the website is also out of date. Updating this platform will allow us to be more efficient and we will be able to better service our sponsors and donors via the website.

  • This new website will also allow for us to more quickly update the site as needed to get information to you as we work to release children from poverty in Jesus' name.
