Caring for children around the world — that's Compassion. We take this mission — and our people — seriously. That's why we've worked hard at bringing together outstanding men and women to live out our mission. And the commitment to that mission starts with our top three executives.

		Dr. Wesley K. Stafford From the poor of Africa's Ivory Coast to President and Chief Executive officer of Compassion International, Dr. Wesley K. Stafford — Wess — has maintained one simple belief: God's children are priceless resources. To that end, Wess leads Compassion's efforts to break the cycle of poverty for children everywhere.


		Edward W. Anderson Since 1980, Ed has faithfully served Compassion to help further our mission. A certified public accountant, he is the ministry's senior vice president and chief financial officer and oversees the development of new organizations worldwide as they join Compassion's international partnerships.


		David A. Dahlin As Compassion's Executive Vice President, David is responsible for developing and supervising all aspects of the ministry's operations and managing the Global Executive Leadership Committee. Since joining Compassion's ministry in 1994, David has gained a thorough understanding of Compassion's work and a deep appreciation for the children and families he has been called to assist.
