Judy Briscoe Golz joined Compassion International's Board of Directors in September 2004. Judy has a bachelor's degree in psychology and graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College. She received a master's degree and doctorate in community psychology from New York University.
Judy is currently serving as Principal and Director of Research for Kendal Investments. She previously served as a consultant on various research projects, studies and surveys for Just Between Us magazine, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, the Adolescent Pathways Project and the New York City Board of Education. Judy has taught master's- and doctoral-level courses in community psychology, clinical community counseling, research methods, personality development, psychology of women, gender issues and statistical methodology. She is a Visiting Professor at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Trinity Graduate School.
Judy is a member of the American Psychological Association and served on the Board of Visitors for Wheaton College. She is an international guest lecturer on such topics as relationships, stress and anxiety, self-esteem, balancing work and family, life-stage issues, eating disorders and children of divorce. She has co-authored three books with her mother, Jill Briscoe. Judy and her husband, Greg, have three boys, Drew, Jordan and Stephen.
