Two days of meaningful conversations that will restore, reconnect, and revive hearts. Women of all generations will gather on May 10th and 11th to celebrate the faithfulness of God and experience transforming joy. What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access the Generation LIVE Livestream?

After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive two confirmation emails from Compassion International. The first email will contain information about your child sponsorship. The second email will contain more information on how to access the conference via the Mandolin streaming event platform.

In that second email, you will receive a special link where you can register for your free ticket to the Generation LIVE livestream on May 6th and 7th. If you have not received this confirmation email from Compassion within 24 hours of confirming your child sponsorship, please send an email to [email protected] and we will get you sorted out.

What streaming platform will the conference be viewable on?

The conference will be hosted through Mandolin.com, a streaming event company. You will receive an email from Compassion International with a link to a registration page where you can register for your free ticket to view the conference. Once you complete your registration and create your Mandolin account, you will be able to watch the conference beginning May 6th and 7th and as many times as you’d like through May 31st.

Do I have to sponsor a child to be able to watch the conference?

When will I receive my digital ticket to the VIP concert from An Evening of Thanksgiving?

You will receive an email from Mandolin, the streaming company hosting the event, with your livestream ticket and access information for the VIP concert at least 24 hours before the event. The email will come from [email protected], so please add this address to the Safe Sender’s list in your email. If you have not received your email from Mandolin by the morning of the event, May 6th, please reach out to [email protected] and we will get you sorted out!

I sponsored a child through the main Compassion.com page or I am already a sponsor. Can I get access to the conference?

I’ve attended a past livestream with Compassion LIVE or CeCe Winans. Do I automatically get to access this livestream too?

If you’re having issues viewing the streaming conference, please reach out to [email protected]. If you have not received your registration link within 24 hours of completing your child sponsorship, please first check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Compassion International. If it is still not there, reach out to [email protected] and someone on our team will address your situation directly.
